The leadership tools and resources around human relations are taught during our sessions (integrating: individual/group work). Through real conversation and honest heart-to-heart sharing and reflecting, we co-create teachable moments to takeaway.
Practice it.
The leadership skills and teachings are adapted to each person according to their experience and current world. During this time, it is important to cultivate communities, or what Meg Wheatly calls “Islands of Sanity”, to become supporters for your practice & space holders for you to do your inner work.
Embody it.
Through the process, we will learn, serve, teach, coach and mentor, and you will take your steps into the world as a leader of heart, someone who is responsible for their world as in CTI definition. Support to live your values & be the best person you can be, to deal with uncertainty, to manage intense emotions with what’s happening outside of your area of control (in your local realm and the world at large).
